ABOUT OUR TEAM

Michael W. Daly

COMPANY FOUNDER

Michael was born in Philadelphia in the year 1940. He attended Citadel Military College in South Carolina, and later received his Bachelor’s degree from West Chester University. He served as President of the company until shortly before his passing on February 22, 2017. His passion for the historical past of the region was exemplified by his extensive collection of Reading & Pennsylvania Railroad memorabilia. He also possessed a profound desire to understand and master the traditions and techniques used in the construction of historic masonry edifices, many of which are still in use and occupied to the present time.  His legacy of generosity, unique "quick-wit" and an unwavering passion and devotion to excellence was admired by all who knew him. Michael was also a lifelong member of the Roofer’s Local 30, Philadelphia, PA - serving as the membership's Business Agent until his retirement. Equally as important to him was his association with the Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers Local 1 PA/DE with whom he maintained a solid working relationship for numerous years. His lifelong integrity and exemplary ethics continues today as an integral part of our team's guidance and motivation.

 

Starting from the company's inception in 2006, Diane began her career in the masonry restoration industry as the Company's Office Manager. Her responsibilities were numerous, including office administration; business development and relations; human resources; and much more. She was instrumental to not only the development of the company's business plan, but also to ensuring passionate adherence to its mission. In January of 2016, Diane became fully responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the business, as Mike Daly took leave from the Company. In January of 2017, Diane took on the full responsibility of directing all company operations as President & CEO.  Focusing her efforts on developing stronger relationships throughout the commercial, institutional, and public works construction and rehabilitation sectors. Diane has forged a successful path forward for the company; as it continues to expand its capabilities, and steadily increase the scope of the services it provides to its clients.

DIRECTOR OF FIELD OPERATIONS

Glen Joined the company in November of 2013, bringing with him over thirteen years of technical experience to the company's field operations. His formidable integrity and dedication to excellent workmanship, quickly propelled him to the position of foreman in 2014. Glen's highly regarded leadership skills made him an essential part of our operations team, and in February 2015 became the company's Production Manager; enabling him to support the growing capacity of field personnel. His leadership role ensures a high level of quality and safety on every project. Glen has been a member of the Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers Local 1 PA/DE since 2004. Other notable accomplishments include OSHA 10 Hour and 30 Hour Certification; and certification by various material and equipment manufacturers: United Lift Rental 2010; Sika Products 2012; and Jahn Products 2008.

Dave is a highly qualified and well regarded "point-man" with over sixteen years of technical experience. His knowledgeable, hands-on skills enables him to conduct and oversee a well-rounded field crew. He is highly regarded by team members and clients alike, and is instrumental in ensuring only the highest standard of workmanship is produced on the job. He has been a member of the Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers Local 1 PA/DE since 2001. Other notable accomplishments include OSHA 10 Hour and 30 Hour Certification; and certification by various material and equipment manufacturers: United Lift Rental 2010; Fraco Lift & High-Lift Certified; Sika Products 2012; Jahn Products 2008; and various epoxy coating certifications.

Chris has a formidable background within the restoration industry with over eighteen years of technical experience. His knowledgeable skills, dedication to quality workmanship, and keen insight into the methods of trade ensures a high level of integrity and quality on the job. His attributes also include a great deal of enthusiastic innovation and the ability to produce the right solutions for the project. Highly regarded, Chris is instrumental in ongoing success of the company. He has been a member of the Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers Local 1 PA/DE since 1999. Other notable accomplishments include OSHA 10 Hour and 30 Hour Certification; and certification by various material and equipment manufacturers: United Lift Rental 2010; Fraco Lift & High-Lift Certified; Sika Products 2012; Jahn Products 2008; and various epoxy coating certifications.
